Maytown - (East Donegal Twp) is governed by a three member Board of Supervisors. All three supervisors are elected officials who serve staggered 6 year terms.

The day to day operations of the township are the responsibilities of the township manager - Barbara Stoner, who is also the secretary/treasurer.
